Bar Roma has launched a new menu for the summer season, available Wednesday through Sunday evenings. Chef Fred Ramos' dinner menu features an array of new antipasti selections (summer squash bruschette; Tuscan kale and Michigan peaches salad; fried eggplant with imported buffalo mozzarella), handmade pasta dishes (vegetable lasagna; buffalo mozzarella ravioli with sweet corn; squid ink fettuccine with seafood), Roman-inspired entrees (wood grilled octopus; parmesan crusted chicken breasts; veal Milanese; wood grilled 16oz prime ribeye) and more.
The Andersonville restaurant is open Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5-10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 5-11 p.m. Seating is available in the main dining room and on the sidewalk patio.
