Sophia Steak, a neighborhood steakhouse in the North Shore, are teaming up with Morgan Pirtle to offer guests a dining and entertainment experience, safely. Guests can order appetizers such as Shrimp Scampi, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, and Bill’s Classic Caesar Salad. For dinner, guests can choose from numerous steak cuts, Braised Short Rib, Chicken Vesuvio, and more. Sophia Steak has purchased and implemented a number of key products to help filtrate the air and promote sanitization within the dining room, such as upgrading their existing HVAC system to incorporate MERV 13 air filters to improve air quality in the restaurant.
Every Monday, starting at 5:30pm, guests will be offered dinner and a show from Morgan Pirtle. Morgan is a vocalist, who blends jazz and contemporary influences to create ethereal soundscapes within her original music. Morgan has a background and has performed all over Chicago, including venues and events as the Hyde Park Jazz Festival, Chicago Summer Dance, The Shedd Aquarium's Jazzin' at the Shedd series, Schubas, the Jazz Showcase, the Promontory, Emporium, and more.
