III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Sommelier for a Day" wine tasting on Wednesday, July 3. Starting at 5 p.m., in-house sommelier Anton Licko will lead participants through a sampling of red and white wine selections from Australia, paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres.
The fee to attend is $25 per person.
