Arami will hold its
monthly "noodle night" on Monday, July 27 from 5-9:15 p.m. For this
next installment, the West Town restaurant will welcome Chef Harold
Jurado of Logan Square's Yusho to join Arami's Chefs de Cuisine Ajay Popli
and Nelson Vinansaca. The chefs' special noodle dishes are outlined
below (minor changes may be made based upon the availability and quality
of seasonal vegetables). Guests may pair their meal with Asahi Japanese
beer ($5), Arami's
custom-brewed sake, Ichi No Tori ($7 per glass/$15 per carafe), or
Yusho's canned sake, Kikusui Funaguchi ($10). Complimentary table side
sake tastings will also be offered. Reservations may be made by
