Arami will welcome guest bartender Dan De Los Monteros (Chop Shop; The Bedford) for an evening of Eastern-inspired libations. Mr. Monteros will take to the front room bar during Arami's "Doyobi No Yoru" late night event running from 10:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.

On this occasion, he will feature three specialty cocktails: Osaka Mule (lemon grass infused vodka, yuzu juice, tarragon syrup, ginger beer, lemon grass bark); Lady Jasmine (jasmine tea infused tequila, St. Germain, lemon juice, muddled strawberries, simple syrup, Fee Bros. orange bitters); and Forest Path (pu-erh tea infused Yamazaki, smoked sugar, Fee Bro's whiskey barrel aged bitters, soda, orange swath). Each libation will be $10.

Every Saturday evening, the West Town restaurant welcomes guest sake professionals from Japan's leading breweries, offers complimentary tastings of Arami's private label sake, Ichi No Torii, and features $15 sake carafes and $5 select Japanese brews. Chef Fred Despres' new late night menu, served until 1:30 a.m., includes Alaskan snow crab croquettes, spicy maguro temaki, agedashi tofu, Arami ramen and more.
