Andy’s Frozen Custard, the quick-serve frozen custard dessert business, has announced the opening of its newest store in Schaumburg, IL. The new drive-thru and walk-up window location represents Andy’s 13th Chicago-area store.
“We’re so excited to open our newest Chicagoland store,” said Andy’s Frozen Custard President and Owner Andy Kuntz. “As our biggest market nationwide, the Windy City has always been near and dear to our hearts. As Andy’s Frozen Custard continue expanding across the region, we look forward to welcoming new friends and neighbors alike with sweet treats at our newest area location.”
Featuring a classic 1950-60s-style theme, an outdoor patio with bench seating, Andy’s newest location has a retro vibe that echoes a slice of hometown Americana with frozen custard treats.
At the company’s new Schaumburg location, customers will be offered a menu of handcrafted frozen treats featuring Made Fresh Hourly chocolate and vanilla frozen custard. Andy’s Frozen Custard is made with proprietary, custom-built machines churning at precise speeds.
Located at 390 Barrington Road in Schaumburg, the new Andy’s Frozen Custard Schaumburg store is a 1,500 sq. ft. standalone building including a drive-thru and walk-up service windows, as well as outdoor seating on benches with heated patios in the winter months. Andy’s is also taking enhanced precautions to increase health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
