In honor of the historic Terminal Restaurant, which operated in Logan Square from 1911-1970s, Andros Taverna will host Terminal Night on March 14th featuring a special Mezze Monday menu, plus cocktail menu with contributions from some of Logan Square’s current restaurants and bars. As part of Andros Taverna’s Olive Branch Program, proceeds raised during the event will be used to transform Logan Square Park into a dynamic community destination.

Participating restaurants include Billy Sunday, Estereo, Longman & Eagle, Mi Tocaya Antojería and Spilt Milk. Each will provide a classic cocktail recipe to honor Terminal Restaurant, but with a modern twist that represents their menus like Andros Taverna’s Olive Martini or Estereo’s Memo’s Paloma.

Andros will offer a special dinner menu including classic menu items from Terminal Restaurant, served alongside Andros’ regular dinner menu. Terminal Restaurant started out as a coffee stand in 1911 before becoming a diner offering seafoods, steak cuts and an a la carte menu ranging from sandwiches to omelets to spaghetti. The restaurant also raised funds through U.S. War Bonds and Stamps to support U.S. Armed Forces during World War II.

The special menu will include Andros’ spin on signature Terminal dishes like the D-Luxe Hamburger Sandwich with twin soutzoukakia pattys, Tuna Psari Crudo with pistachios, skordalia and pita crisp and the Bakaliaro Skordalia — featuring crispy cod and garlic whipped potato. Andros will also offer a Cinnamon Waffle drizzled with Heaven’s Honey and paired with crispy fried chicken.

Located adjacent to Andros, Logan Square Park will receive funds to revitalize the landscape, helping them to become a new community hangout for Logan Square.

Andros has partnered with Logan Preservatory and Beam Suntory for Terminal Night, the latter of which has donated spirits and custom glassware with Terminal etchings to commemorate the event. Commemorative glassware will be available for purchase, and special menu cards featuring classic Terminal menu items will be available for diners to take home.

Reservations available via Resy.
