Oak Street hot-spot FIG & OLIVE (104 E. Oak St.) presents a brunch menu of coastal Mediterranean spring flavors perfect for Easter. FIG & OLIVE’s prix-fixe is available Sunday, March 27 and features choices such as Vegetarian Quiche with mushroom, spinach, parmesan and shallot, served with a salad of little gem lettuce, crispy shallot and chive with citrus dressing ; Crab Salad with jumbo lump crab, celery, celeriac, snow peas, green apple, lime, cilantro, scallion, horseradish mayo and pink pepper ; Riviera Salmon with grilled asparagus, braised fennel, and spring pea purée, Arbequina olive oil emulsion and lemon zest; and Clementine Vacherin with blood orange coulis, clementine sorbet, white chocolate mousse, and crispy meringue for dessert.
