Ampersand Wine Bar and Aquanaut Brewing Company are teaming up on Sunday, September 25 for an outdoor, fine dining BBQ and craft beer dinner to kick-off the fall season.
The dinner kicks-off at 5 p.m. on the Aquanaut Brewing Company lawn. The three-course menu with craft beer pairings costs $50 per adult, $25 for those 11 to 20 years old and $10 for children 10 years old and under. Adult tickets may be purchased here and tickets for those under 21 are available for purchase at the door.
First Course Heirloom tomato salad with Lambrusco vinaigrette, wild arugula and crispy sweet potato chips "Maiden Voyage" Rye I.P.A.
Second Course Beef cheek with smoked Cipollini onions, figs, fava beans and roasted cherry tomatoes "The Search" Extra Special Bitter
Side Dishes Cauliflower gratin with Mornay sauce, chili, lemon oil and mint AND Curried multi-grain salad with raisins, herbs and shaved almonds drizzled with garlic curry aioli
Third Course Stone fruit and mixed berry cobbler with vanilla ice cream Belgian IPA
