Airheads Candy is hosting their upcoming pop-up shop at 3419 W. Fullerton Ave. in Logan Square.
The Airheads event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or earlier if all items are redeemed) on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022 and will only accept play money in exchange for tangible prizes. Yep – you read that right. Play money and toy money will be the only accepted currencies. Let’s be kids again and dig out the old plastic cash registers, play money, and piggy banks filled with tokens.
The pop-up won’t only offer candy. Customers at the Airheads Fun Money Shop will have the opportunity to take home a 10-foot balloon giraffe animal, wireless headphones, Airheads candy, a unicycle, e-scooters, and more.
If you can't make the pop-up, you can use emojis instead. Airheads is also hosting Instagram giveaways throughout the day of the in-store pop-up shop where items will be “for sale” in exchange for money-related emojis.
Airheads wants you to release your inner child and have fun with money like you used to with your friends. Just like in “The Game of Life,” everyone needs some adventure and surprises.
