Aire, located at 100 W Monroe Street above the Hyatt Centric the Loop Chicago, has opened for the 2023 summer season. Aire has announced new modifications of the space, including new furniture and added seating, a new grill station that will offer tacos and sliders, and a self-serve beer station where beer can be poured and paid for by the ounce. In addition to a new menu, Aire is launching a Concert under the Stars series that will be available every other Sunday.
“We’re excited to be able to bring visitors and locals alike to experience an Aire that has never been seen before,” said Daniel Lewellin, Area Director of Sales and Marketing. “In creating a full menu and new amenities, we hope to bring guests a remarkable experience, 24 stories up.”
In preparation for summer, Aire has launched a new food and beverage menu, featuring bites such as Grilled Malpeque Oysters, Korean Style Short Rib Taco’s and a Sweet Sausage Char Grilled Pizza topped with Fennel Jam and Pecorino. To complement the new bites, Aire offers cocktails such as “Tropical Collins” made with 21 Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Tequila, Vodka, guava, and lime and a self-serve beer station that will include white wine selections.
