The Mile High Cocktail Club is a cocktail concept from Adorn Bar & Restaurant. The ticketed experience begins in the “Pre-Departure Lounge”, reminiscent of mid-1960s Pan-Am, before heading through a classic London phone booth into the Cocktail Club. Beverages inspired by global destinations are served tableside amongst caviar service, a la carte bites, decor, and views overlooking Chicago’s architecture. The Cocktail Club opens November 4 with tickets for both 5pm and 8pm seatings available through Tock soon.
Fall Menu Highlights
The new fall menu celebrates Midwestern ingredients and flavors, and features warming dishes for the cold-weather season. Some of the menu items include:
Brunch: Japanese Breakfast (miso-glazed ora king salmon, dashi poached egg, white rice, miso soup), Brioche French Toast (w/ vanilla bean whipped cream, mixed berries & mint), Double Egg Shakshuka (w/ roasted eggplant & squash, house pita, PQB seeded cracker)
Live in the Lounge (a partnership with BELLOSOUND) is the Four Seasons' live music residency. Guests will be provided performances by local artists in genres such as jazz, blues, house and more as they sip on craft cocktails or dine at Adorn on Thursday-Saturday from 6:00-10:00 p.m. and Sundays from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Dinner: Blue Crab Bisque (celery root, ras el hanout, preserved lemon, kataifi), Smoked Beef Tartare (calabrian chili, aged parmesan, shoyu hollandaise, milk bread), Crispy Coconut Red Snapper (bomba rice, crispy artichoke, sunchoke nage), Iberico Pork ‘Secreto’ (fire-roasted carrots, red mojo, chimichurri), Lion’s Mane Mushrooms (mustard greens, salsify tamarind bbq sauce, sesame, wafu)
