Adobo Grill is celebrating their 24th anniversary in January, and the Mexican eatery will feature an exclusive menu, available from Thursday, January 11th to Sunday, January 21st.  

Priced at $24 per person, with the option to add a margarita for $8, the pre fixe includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.

Appetizers include:  

  • Salbutes de Pollo: Achiote marinated chicken tostadas, sour cream, fresco cheese, pickled onions 
  • Tilapia ceviche: Citrus marinated mahi mahi, avocado, zucchini, corn, tomatillo broth 
  • Flautas de Papa: Crispy taquitos, ancho salsa, sour cream, fresco cheese  

Entrée options feature: 

  • Pechuga Adobada: Adobo marinated grilled chicken breast, roasted potatoes, spinach, ancho salsa  
  • Poc Chuc: Achiote marinated grilled pork loin; molcajete salsa  
  • Enchiladas: Chicken enchiladas basted in mole rojo, sour cream, cheese, beans  
  • Tilapia Allá Talla: Guajillo-marinated pan seared salmon, roasted potatoes, green beans, poblano salsa  

And for dessert:  

  • Chocolate tamal: Vanilla bean ice cream, dried cherries, and chocolate sauce 

All the dishes, with exception of the Pechuga Adobada, are old dishes that can no longer be found on the menus. Adobo Grill added the Pechuga Adobada earlier this year, which was also part of the old menu and a favorite dish of many diners.
