Gold Coast Italian spot Adalina launches its new spring brunch menu Saturday, April 1st, cocktail menu and announces Easter brunch specials: 

Brunch: 

  • Brunch options include the Crispy Shrimp Benny (English Muffin, Poached Eggs & Calabrian Chile), Spring Quiche (Ricotta, Spring Peas, Prosciutto), the Roasted Banana Scone (Brown Butter Glaze), and Fried Chicken and Toast (Ricotta French Toast, Maple Agrodolce, Arugula).

Cocktails: 

  • The spring cocktail menu includes Here I Go Again (Grey Goose, Aperol, Lemon, Raspberry, Processo, Raspberry Foam), My Team Supreme (Tanquerey, Yellow Chartreuse, Lemon, Egg White, Cucumber Basil, Absinthe), and Illusions of Oasis (Bulleit Rye, Cocchi Rossa, Cynar, Blueberry Honey, Lemon).

Easter (Sunday, 4.9.23): 

  • Adalina will offer a Golden Brunch where guests can experience the new spring brunch menu. Each table will receive an Easter basket full of candy and other treats - with a few baskets getting a special golden egg surprise.
