Frontier invites Chicagoans to enjoy an acoustic brunch in the all-weather beer garden on Saturday, August 8 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will enjoy the soulful sounds of Sashe Taylor along with $8 bloody marys and $6 mimosas.
The complete brunch menu, created by Pioneer Tavern Group Corporate Chef Brian Jupiter, will also be available. Highlights include the Ostrich Juicy Lucy (domestic ostrich, Gouda, caramelized leeks, foie gras mayo, romaine, bun; $13), Monte Cristo (house cured bacon, Hook's Maple Jack cheese, parmesan crusted sourdough, seasonal preserves served with breakfast potatoes; $12), and Lamb "Ham" Biscuits and Gravy (cured and smoked lamb saddle, cheddar and leek drop biscuit, lamb heart country gravy and a fried egg; $13).
