AceBounce Chicago recently launched a new menu featuring: 

  • Fried Ranch made with deep-fried ranch and served with Mike’s Hot Honey
  • BBQ Jackfruit Sliders made with house-made BBQ sauce, creamy coleslaw and crispy onions. Plus, they’re vegan!
  • Meat Lover’s Pizza topped with pepperoni, sausage and Mike’s Hot Honey
  • Mahi Mahi Tacos made with blackened Mahi Mahi, cabbage slaw, mango salsa and served with chips and roasted salsa
  • Avocado Chicken Wrap made with grilled chicken, avocado, sprouts and red pepper aioli
  • House-Made Cast Iron Apple Pie served with streusel topping, vanilla ice cream and rum salted caramel 

Alongside its menu offerings, AceBounce has revamped their cocktail menu to feature a variety of hand-crafted cocktails. The new drink selections include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options and include: 

  • Peach, Please made with vodka, peach, triple sec and lemon juice
  • Casi Famoso made with mezcal, passionfruit, Aperol aperitivo and lime juice
  • Queen’s Spritz made with gin, lavender, elderflower, lemon juice, tonic and soda 
  • Southern Peach made with iced tea, peach syrup, lemon juice and mint
  • The Pink Colada made with N/A rum, coconut, grapefruit juice and agave
  • English Garden made with Seedlip Garden, soda, lemon juice and simple syrup

AceBounce recently equipped four 80-inch flatscreen LED TVs and a LED wall featuring up to nine viewing panels above the main bar. Additionally, three new 70-inch flatscreen LED TVs have been set up across the way.

In addition to the viewing upgrades, AceBounce has introduced weekly game day specials including:

  • MVP Mondays: Happy Hour all night long
  • Play + Pour Thursdays: $5 White Claws, $5 Coors Light + Miller Lite and $5 Games
  • Weekends: $10 Pizzas, $5 White Claws and $5 Coors Light + Miller Lite
