90s Spring Break Pop-Up at Sable Kitchen & Bar Now Through April 30

Spend this Spring Break season in freezing temperatures? As if! Sable Kitchen & Bar, will bring the Daytona Beach heat to River North with the debut of “Aloha Beaches: A 90s Spring Break Pop-Up Bar” now through April 30, 2019.

Relive the nostalgic debauchery of MTV’s “Spring Break” specials and other fly 90s pop culture moments as bartenders outfitted in retro garb rescue guests from the cold with tropical cocktails and jell-o shots served amidst a beachy backdrop of palm trees, surfboards, neon lighting, inflatable couches and boomboxes. In collaboration with Beam Suntory, Beverage Director Jenee Craver’s beverage menu will be comprised of 15 original Spring Break- inspired cocktails, jell-o shots and beer cocktails festively served in yard cups and other glassware adorned with 90s-style accessories.

Pack your sunscreen because the throwback pop-up will be open daily from 4PM to close; reservations are not available. A portion of proceeds from the duration of the pop-up will be donated to Chefs Cycle for No Kid Hungry.
