The Alabama-centric saloon launches Hillbilly Brunch, a new weekly meal package on Sunday, July 3. The $20 meal package, which includes choice of brunch entrée and mimosas, features choices such as Chicken and Waffles, crispy fried chicken with housemade waffles; a Fried Egg Sandwich with applewood-smoked bacon, red onions, tomatoes and lemon aioli; a Breakfast Burrito, with scrambled eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, roasted potatoes, roasted peppers and guacamole; and a Breakfast Skillet, with a fried egg, crispy smoked bacon, tomatoes, roasted peppers and potatoes, onions, tomatillo salsa and Pepper Jack cheese. Hillbilly Brunch is offered from noon-3 p.m. every Sunday, with the exception of Cubs home game days.
Red, White and Brew Sunday Funday
The saloon celebrates Independence Eve with DJ Brian Berman spinning country, bluegrass and country rock starting at 7 p.m. All-day made-in-the-USA brew specials include $7 Bud Light pitchers and $6 40-ounce bottled beers, including American mainstays such as Miller Lite, Coors Light and Budweiser. Additional specials include $3 pulled pork walking tacos, $3 Fireball cinnamon whiskey shots and $3 Jameson Irish whiskey shots.
