Chef Dudley Nieto's new Rojo Gusano celebrates Valentine's weekend with a special $35 per person "San Valentin Menu,"Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14, offering guests over 20 different combinations to pick and choose. Rojo Gusano offers a breezy casual, beach-themed vibe to enjoy Latin street foods, presented with a global spin.

The menu begins with any two of Chef Dudley's signature guacamoles, including spicy roasted pumpkin seeds with chipotle caramelized pineapple, followed by lobster and shrimp ceviche with sweet potato and toasted Concha corn. From there, guest choose any four tacos from a line-up ranging from Braised Short Ribs, and Green Curry Camaron to Beer Braised Pork Shank, and house-made Chorrizo topped with Farmer's Cheese, along with choice of any 2 side dishes. Dinner concludes with choice of desserts, including Churros de la Casa, served with Belgium chocolate and raspberry puree sauces.
