30 Days of Cocktails at The Promontory

ATTENTION COCKTAIL CONNOISSEURS! We have the EVENT of the season for you. Clear your schedule for the entire month of April and get ready to belly up to the bar because The Promontory has produced 30 days of classic cocktails and you are going to want to try them all. Below you will find the MOTHER of all calendars, serving as the ultimate social roster for all cocktail enthusiasts. From the Manhattan -- which was created in 1870 -- all the way up past a slew of Prohibition era cocktails to the Vesper from the 1980s, this calendar will help guide your way through all 30 classic cocktails from centuries past. When a guest orders the classic cocktail of the day, they will automatically get a cocktail calendar "passport" (pictured below) and the bar will give the passport a stamp on that date. Guests are encouraged to bring the passport in to the restaurant every day throughout the month of April for the chance to win prizes such as a free classic cocktail during the month of April (after 5 cocktails are purchased), a custom bar kit (after 10 cocktails), four tickets to a show in the venue (after 20 cocktails, and based on availability) and a private cocktail class for 6 with The Promontory's bar manager (once 25 cocktails are purchased).
