Tickets are now on sale for Cider Summit Chicago. Cider Summit Chicago celebrates local, regional and international artisanal ciders and cidermakers. The 11th annual Cider Summit Chicago will feature over 125+ ciders, cider cocktails and fruit spirits. Saturday, February 8 at Navy Pier’s Lakeview Terrace room on the 2nd floor, 2-6 p.m. (1 p.m. entry for VIP ticket holders). 

Cider Summit Chicago 2025:

  • 125+ ciders, cider cocktails and spirits.
  • Instagram Live Sessions: Panel discussions highlighting leading voices in cider and cider makers led by Shanleigh Thompson.
  • Pre-Opening Add-On Event: Cider-Cheese-Charcuterie Tasting from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. with local cheese monger Alisha Norris Jones. Attendees will taste 4 curated pairings of artisanal ciders (from Uncle John’s Cider) with regionally produced cheese (from Tulip Tree Creamery) and charcuterie (from Tempesta Artisan Salumi). Limited to 72 participants. Attendees must purchase a separate VIP or General Admission festival ticket to access the Pre-Opening Tasting.
  • VIP ticket holders receive early entry! VIP Entrance: 1 p.m.
  • Beneficiary: Women Employed is an over 50-year-old Chicago-based advocacy organization that pursues equity for women in the workforce. A portion of ticket sales will go towards this amazing organization.
  • Escanciar Finals (Spanish pour) at 3:30 p.m. at the event
  • Preliminary competition will be at Eris Brewery & Cider House on February 6 from 6-8 p.m.

General Admission Tickets:

$40 (plus tax + fees) per ticket.  General Admission tickets include a souvenir tasting glass, 12 tasting tickets, and a $1 donation to Women Employed.

VIP Tickets (limited quantity):

$49.99 (plus taxes + fees) per ticket. VIP tickets include express admission to the event, a souvenir tasting glass, 16 tasting tickets, and a $2 donation to Women Employed. All tickets must be purchased online in advance. 

Pre-Opening Tasting: (only available with an event ticket purchase)

$35 (plus taxes + fees) per ticket, admission at 12 p.m. for pre-opening guided cider-cheese-charcuterie tasting.
