Beatrix Now Open in Fulton Market

Beatrix and Beatrix Market are now open in the Fulton Market District of the West Loop and is Lettuce Entertain You’s first restaurant in the neighborhood. The restaurant is the brainchild of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ Founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and President Marc Jacobs and Chef / Partners John Chiakulas, Rita Dever and Susan Weaver and will be the third location in Chicago. 

Much like the River North and Streeterville locations, Beatrix Fulton Market features its coffee and pastry counter, including its signature cookies and in-house bakery favorites. Healthy menu options will be available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Similar to the Streeterville restaurant, this location will also feature a grab-and-go market experience. 

Beatrix Market will feature an even larger self-serve salad, soup and hot food bar, rotating chef-prepared salads, sandwiches and snacks, as well as nut and chocolate offerings showcasing local artisans. This location will have a selection of seasonal local greens, grains and sprouts, featuring Grilled Romaine, Micro Celery, and Sunflower Sprouts, vegan soup options such as Tortilla and Asparagus, as well as house-made salad dressings including Carrot Ginger and Lime Cilantro. Additions to the Beatrix menu include Asparagus Potato Hash, Poke Bowl with Bulgur Wheat, Burrata with Spring Pea Puree and Walnuts, Halibut with Thai Watermelon Salad, and Mushroom Milanese. 

Beatrix will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner Monday-Thursday from 6:00am-11:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 6:00am-Midnight, Sunday from 6:00am-10:00pm, and will serve weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-3:00pm. Beatrix Market will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
